\u2022 Cancellation policy \u2013 48hrs notice must be given to reschedule or cancel a shoot otherwise the client is liable to pay full cost \u2013 Shoots can be rescheduled before this time with no penalty.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Photographs & editing are the copyright of Riches Photography therefore no removal of watermarks, application of filters or alternative editing is not permitted & will be subject to further action.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Location of photoshoot (i.e - hotel for Boudoir) may be subject to change \u2013 however notice will be given to the client should a change in venue happen.<\/p>\n
\u2022 In person viewings will be approx. 3 weeks following shoot.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Alcohol is not permitted & those who are deemed under the influence will be asked to reschedule at their own cost.<\/p>\n
\u2022 No photographs to be taken on mobile phones\/other devices during the actual shoot by any persons besides the photographer.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Payment plans \u2013 deposit of 25% required initially to be followed by monthly instalments \u2013 products will only be ordered following receipt of total value. Sales at this point are final - Orders will be fulfilled & sent out within 3 weeks of receiving payment.<\/p>\n
