Whether its calls, emails, friends\/family or the various social media avenues. We are always being pulled in 100 different directions, which is not good for anyone. It means you will never get a break to recharge your batteries &amp; ultimately leads to burnout amongst other issues.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>I am as guilty as everyone else \u2013 my phone &amp; laptop are always close by. As soon as I get a message I can then respond. Whilst it is understandable from a business point of view, you want to be on your game &amp; respond asap, I am beginning to realise that it is not sustainable.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>For example, recently I decided for many reasons that it was time for a break. Very limited phone &amp; no social media. It gave me an opportunity to switch off, recharge &amp; spend some quality time with my family. As a result it meant that I felt more relaxed &amp; able to approach things in a more methodical way.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>This may sound a little extreme \u2013 it may have been \u2013 but it was what I needed, one way or another I was in overwhelm. Not everyone is able to completely switch off in that way. However, no matter how busy you are you need to schedule in some time for yourself.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>I believe that in doing this, you feel so much more in control &amp; focused when you go back to reality. This is why in your boudoir experience, we spend the whole morning together. You get pampered with hair &amp; makeup, whilst getting the chance to completely relax &amp; be yourself. This \u201cMe Time\u201d is a great chance to switch off from the outside world. Then should you want to, afterwards you are all ready made up, feeling good, so you can finish the day with a night out or a dinner out with the other half.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Take full advantage, especially if you\u2019re the type of person who doesn\u2019t normally get made up when they go out, it makes it even more special.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Further <a href=\"https:\/\/www.richesphotography.co.uk\/?page_id=200\">Blogs\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In this age of technology it can be extremely difficult to switch off &amp; get away from the demands of everyday life &amp; social media.
